    I recently had Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter list his top 10 songs he listened to in 2012. It wasn’t exactly what I expected since he calls himself a ‘music nerd’, but it was still cool regardless. One of his favorites was “Otis” by Jay Z and Kanye West.
