Colin Kerrigan

On my way back from wandering around the Art Museum, I ran into this gentleman. His name is Herb Murray. He’s from North Philadelphia and plays guitar outside whenever the weather permits. 

When I first went up to him, his guitar was in the case, so I asked him to bust it out and play some jams for me. He happily obliged and played his own song, “I’m In Love With You. Ooo.” His voice kinda reminded me of Cee Lo Green’s. 

I filmed a one-take performance of the song for Out Of Town Films. It’ll be the first session of a section we’ll have dedicated solely to local street performers. Follow us Tumblr or Twitter or Facebook.
